About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Overseas Job Recruiter Executive with strong exposure to the Europe and Gulf recruitment markets. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and mobilizing candidates for overseas employment opportunities across multiple countries.

Candidates with prior experience working with MEA-licensed / Government-authorized overseas recruitment companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas employment opportunities across Europe and Gulf countries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, recruitment drives, and other channels.
- Understand overseas job requirements, eligibility criteria, salary structures, benefits, and employment conditions.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience, skills, age, documentation, and job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate with employers, overseas recruitment partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage candidate documentation including passports, CVs, experience certificates, educational certificates, medical reports, police clearance, and other required documents.
- Coordinate candidate mobilization, selection, offer/contract documentation, visa processing, medicals, and travel-related formalities as applicable.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with applicable MEA / Emigration regulations and company compliance procedures.




- Maintain proper records of candidate communication, selection status, documentation, and deployment.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining/deployment.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding the recruitment process.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and mobilization targets.

Market Exposure Required

Europe Market:

Experience in recruitment for countries such as Germany, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, etc. will be an advantage.

Gulf Market:

Experience in recruitment for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and other GCC markets.

Mandatory / Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in overseas recruitment.
- Prior experience in Europe and/or Gulf manpower recruitment.
- Experience working with or handling recruitment through MEA-licensed overseas recruitment companies is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of overseas recruitment procedures, documentation, candidate mobilization, and deployment processes.
- Experience handling blue-collar, skilled, semi-skilled, professional, healthcare, hospitality, construction, technical, or other overseas manpower categories will be an advantage.

- Professional handling of candidates, clients, and overseas recruitment partners.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline preferred.

A degree/diploma in HR, Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on experience in overseas manpower recruitment, understand the requirements of Europe and GCC markets, and have previously worked with MEA-licensed overseas recruitment agencies/companies.

Candidates with an established overseas candidate database and robust recruitment network will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
