Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting Arré’s community-building and creator engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and researching potential creators, and communities, and reaching out to them through email, social platforms, and other communication channels. The intern will help manage community interactions, respond to queries, support customer service efforts related to content and campaigns, and assist in organizing online events or cooperative projects.
They will also contribute to outreach-related content, such as messages, briefs, and updates, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to track outreach activities, maintain accurate records, and report on engagement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience or interest in Community Outreach and Customer Service, including engaging with online communities and responding to inquiries.
- Research skills to identify relevant creators, partners, trends, and platforms that align with Arré’s content and audience.
- Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and basic online collaboration software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management tools).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple outreach tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in media, content creation, and online communities; prior experience in outreach, marketing, or campus/community initiatives is a plus.
