OUTLET AUDITOR – ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ALLOWANCES
1. Purpose
The Outlet Auditor is responsible for conducting regular audits of company outlets to ensure that company standards, product quality, hygiene, and operational procedures are properly maintained.
1. Key Responsibilities
The Outlet Auditor shall:
- Visit the assigned outlets daily as per the planned audit schedule.
- Conduct outlet inspections in a systematic and planned manner.
- Verify that company standards, procedures, and guidelines are being followed.
- Check that only approved/company products are being used and that unauthorized or local products are not used.
- Inspect the quality, storage, handling, and presentation of company products.
- Identify and report any damaged, expired, spoiled, or improperly handled products.
- Check for any food-quality, hygiene, safety, or contamination-related issues.
- Record deviations/non-compliances identified during the audit.
- Report major deviations or food-safety concerns immediately to the concerned management/team.
- Maintain proper audit records, checklists, photographs, and reports wherever required.
- Follow up on previously identified deviations and verify that corrective actions have been completed.
1. Deviation Reporting
Any deviation from company standards, product quality requirements, hygiene practices, or approved product usage shall be documented and reported to your manager. Reliable food-quality or food-safety issues must be escalated immediately for necessary corrective action.
1. Compliance
The Outlet Auditor is expected to perform all audits objectively and maintain accurate records. Any serious or repeated deviation must be brought to the attention of the management for appropriate corrective action. Pay: ₹13,130.23 - ₹34,102.28 per month
