We are looking for energetic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to promote and sell fitness/gym equipment to businesses and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits.
- Visit gyms, fitness centres, hotels, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and follow up with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in fitness equipment, gym equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with frequent field visits.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
