- Assist surgeons and OT team during surgical procedures

- Prepare and maintain OT before, during & after surgeries

- Ensure surgical instruments and consumables are sterilized and ready

- Follow strict aseptic & infection-control protocols

- Perform instrument and sponge counts

- Anticipate surgeon requirements and efficiently pass instruments

- Maintain OT records, checklists and inventory

- Handle biomedical waste as per protocols
