- Responsible for managing daily OT operations, surgical schedules, and coordination with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, CSSD, and support departments.
- Supervise OT staff and ensure OT readiness, availability of instruments, consumables, and emergency supplies.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, surgical safety, SOPs, and quality standards while maintaining OT records and monitoring utilization, turnaround time, and delays.
- Address operational issues, coordinate timely resolution, and support staff training and performance.
