Skill Development Officer – OT Technician

Location: 45, Main Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd, Near Guru Dronacharya Metro Station, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana – 122010

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are looking for a Skill Development Officer / OT Technician with practical experience in Operation Theatre procedures and basic laparoscopic surgeries to support our surgical training and clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Assist surgeons and faculty during OT procedures and laparoscopic surgeries.

(2) Prepare and arrange OT instruments, equipment, and surgical consumables. Handle and maintain laparoscopic and general surgical instruments.

(3)Support OT setup, sterilization, and infection-control procedures.

(4)Assist during surgical training sessions and practical demonstrations.

(5)Coordinate with doctors, faculty,



and trainees during OT activities.

(6)Maintain proper OT records, equipment, and inventory.

(7)Ensure smooth functioning of OT-related training activities.

(8)Required Skills Experience as an OT Technician / Surgical OT Technician. Practical knowledge of basic laparoscopic OT procedures.

(9)Experience in General Surgery, Gynaecology, or Urology will be considered.

(10)Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT protocols.

(11)Good communication and coordination skills.

(12) Ability to work efficiently with surgeons, faculty, and trainees.

Experience: Relevant OT experience preferred. Qualification: OT Technician / OT Technology / relevant healthcare qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
