We are looking for an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive.

Please note that the salary range for this role is ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month. Kindly apply only if your salary expectations fall within this range.

? A Day In The Life Of An ORM Executive

- Monitor client brand mentions across social media (especially LinkedIn), review sites, forums, and search engines.
- Implement strategies to improve online sentiment and resolve negative content/issues.
- Engage with online communities, addressing reviews, comments, and inquiries in a skilled manner.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and generate detailed reports on online reputation trends.
- Collaborate with the content team to create positive, engaging content that promotes the brand.
- Identify and address potential PR crises by implementing quick and effective response strategies.
- Stay updated on ORM tools, digital trends, and best practices to ensure proactive reputation management.
- Develop long-term strategies for reputation building and crisis prevention.
- Work closely with client partners to align ORM strategies with overall marketing goals.
