Responsibilities

Support Order Management and OSS/BSS applications in a production workplace.





Troubleshoot order failures, provisioning issues, orchestration errors, and integration problems.

Perform log analysis, SQL-based troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Security, and Business teams.

Drive operational improvements, automation, and preventive solutions.

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Hansen Order Management

Telecom domain experience

Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, ITIL processes, and cloud-native environments
