Job Summary:

The Sales Order Processing Executive is responsible for processing customer sales orders, maintaining accurate order records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer sales orders accurately and promptly in the ERP/CRM system.

- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information.

- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, cancellations, returns, and delivery delays.

- Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other order-related documentation.





- Maintain accurate customer and order records.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Prepare reports on order processing performance and outstanding orders.

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications

- Any Graduate

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
