Role Description The OTA Revenue Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing revenue across online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels, including monitoring rates, availability, and performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing booking data, tracking demand trends, and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The analyst will maintain accurate content and inventory on OTA platforms, coordinate with internal teams and property partners to implement promotional campaigns,



and ensure timely resolution of rate or mapping issues. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, suggesting improvements to revenue strategy, and supporting the implementation of recent tools or processes.

Qualifications

- Experience with OTA platforms, channel management tools, and basic revenue management concepts.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, inventory control, and demand forecasting in travel or hospitality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, property partners, and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel technology, or distribution/revenue management roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, economics, statistics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working with technology platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools; familiarity with Excel or similar software.
