JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Executive to join our operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete order lifecycle—from initial entry and verification to invoice generation, dispatch tracking, and resolving customer inquiries. You will act as a key liaison between sales, warehouse logistics, and finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Order Processing & Verification: Receive, review, and accurately enter customer sales orders into the system (ERP/CRM) with high precision.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to confirm stock availability, schedule shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation & Billing: Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, customer contracts, and tax invoices in accordance with company policy.
- Database Maintenance: Update customer records, maintain order status logs, and ensure CRM/ERP systems accurately reflect current inventory and fulfillment stages.
- Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for order status inquiries, shipment tracking,



and order modifications or cancellations.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment, pending dispatch, and sales tracking reports for management.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve missing data, pricing errors, or shipping discrepancies in collaboration with finance and field sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com), Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in order management, sales coordination, or administrative operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MS Word).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and handle high volume processing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
