Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage order processing from receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize order-to-cash processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the Order Management process.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP SD tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, preferably in an analytics role.
- Solid understanding of OTC concepts, including order processing, billing, and cash application.
- Proficiency in working with OTC modules such as Order-to-Cash Processing (OTC), Cash Applications (CA), Credit Management (CM).
- Experience with SAP Presales or Pre-Sales Support is desirable.
