About the Role

Calfus is an AI engineering and platforms company, and our Oracle SCM practice helps clients modernize how they manage order fulfillment end to end. We're looking for a Supply Chain Consultant with deep Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management experience to lead implementation and support work — candidates with Planning experience alongside OM are especially welcome.

What You'll Do

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing,



and deployment — for the Order Management cloud suite.
- Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing functionality.
- Work directly with clients to translate real business processes into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
- Develop and deliver client training on Oracle SCM functionality.
- Support ongoing client operations — incident resolution, problem management, continuous improvement.
- Prepare functional design specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud features.

What You'll Need — Day One

- 8–12 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Mandatory, in-depth functional experience with Order Management on Redwood UI.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Experience across both implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Supply or Demand Planning, alongside Order Management — a strong plus.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules or integrations.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Basic PL/SQL query writing and OTBI reporting.
- SCM certifications (APICS CSCP, CPIM) or Oracle Cloud certifications.
