Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules and hands-on technical expertise in integrations, reporting, data migration, and configurations.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure and support one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

- Payroll

- Talent Management

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

- Compensation Management

- Learning
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to resolve business issues.

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Fast Formulas.
- Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Support data migration, conversions, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle HCM modules.
