We are hiring a Oracle EDM Specialist

Experience: 5+

Mode: Hybrid - Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Position Requirements

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
- Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle EDM/EDMCS solutions
- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Master Data Management, Metadata Governance and Data Integration
- Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
- Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle EDM/EDMCS
- Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure




- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Good understanding of Data Integration, and Master Data Management processe

Desired Skills

Must have skills

- Candidate should possess 5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
- Worked on at least 2 EDM/EDMCS Implementations
- Good understanding of Data Chains, Node/Hierarchy structures, Validation rules, Request/Workflow processes, and Integrations in EDMCS
- Experience in Hierarchy Management and Metadata Alignment across Finance applications
- Positive communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
