- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Eight years of relevant experience in database administration, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in administering and tuning Oracle Database 19c.
- Experience with application servers such as Oracle 12c WebLogic and Tomcat.
- Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache) and replication tools like Oracle GoldenGate.
- Solid knowledge of AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, especially Python and Shell.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux-based systems.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database Administration, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications are highly desirable.
