About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven OPT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills and prior experience working in a voice process

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct candidate outreach via phone calls (voice process) and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment cycle
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates using job portals and networking
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors
- Negotiate rates/salaries and close positions within given timelines




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1.5 – 5 years of experience in Voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a voice process is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
- Proficiency with job portals preferred

Shift Details

- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Time Zone Alignment)

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive fixed salary

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
