About the Role

We are looking for motivated Diploma candidates to join as Operator Engineer Trainees (OET). The role involves working in a manufacturing environment and supporting day-to-day production and operational activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Monitor production output and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and report machine or production-related issues.
- Maintain proper records and production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of overall work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.




- Good understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Candidates should be able to understand and communicate in Tamil.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to commit to a 3-year service contract.
- Age should be between 22 and 26 years.

Salary & Benefits
- Take-Home Salary: ₹19,000 per month
- CTC: ₹24,500 per month
- Monthly Bonus: ₹1,500
- Retention Bonus: ₹18,000 upon completion of 1 year with the company
