: Operations manager job profile involves handling multiple client sites.

1. Visit sites periodically to improve and sustain the agreed service level
2. Understand the KPIs of specific sites to ensure 100% scoring
3. Mobilise manpower through executives / various sources for current and upcoming sites.
4. Liaise with HR & Accounts to submit attendance on time for payroll & invoice processing. 5) Ensure the purchase executive delivers service-related materials on time.
5. Develop business in IT, commercial, or residential sectors
6. Conduct periodical meetings with the back office team for smooth operations
7. Conduct periodic training to ensure services are delivered up to customer satisfaction.
8. Attend & schedule periodic meetings with the clients for feedback and to resolve any issues.
9. Set standard operating procedures and protocols for the operations team.



Monitor their performance daily.
10. Respond to emails promptly and ensure the issues are resolved quickly.

12) Submit weekly MIS reports covering site visits, improvements made, and business development. The Operations Manager role for a facilities management company mainly involves engaging skilled / unskilled manpower at client sites.
