Role Overview The Operations Manager will own Roshnak Systems LLP’s end-to-end operations — from procurement, inventory and order fulfilment to dispatch and on-site application execution.

The role is responsible for ensuring reliable operations, application quality, worker safety, cost control and operational scalability, while reducing day-to-day dependency on the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Inventory

- Maintain optimum stock cover for core ClearShield SKUs and Chela chemistry; prevent stockouts and excess/slow-moving inventory.
- Plan purchase orders considering supplier/import lead times.
- Manage suppliers, vendors and freight partners and drive landed-cost efficiency.
- Ensure physical stock matches system stock through periodic counts and reconciliation.
- Manage auxiliary chemicals and application accessories/consumables.

2. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

- Own order processing, packing, decanting and dispatch, including Jaquar production-line supplies.
- Ensure proforma invoices, invoices and e-way bills are processed accurately through the designated team.
- Own dispatch TAT and delivery reliability.
- Improve packaging and fulfilment processes.

3. On-Site Execution, Quality & Safety

- Coordinate with the In office SPOC to ensure applicator availability for confirmed sites.
- Ensure correct surface preparation, trained applicators and consistent application quality.
- Prioritise quality over rushed timelines where required.
- Own on-site safety, including work-at-height SOPs and PPE compliance.
- Track product consumption against quoted quantities and investigate wastage/variances.

4. Reporting, Cost Control & Team Management





- Own the operations dashboard covering dispatch TAT, inventory, stock accuracy, applicator utilisation, consumption variance and procurement savings.
- Conduct weekly operations reviews with the Founder.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
- Monitor operational expenses for blue-collar and auxiliary staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Review open orders, dispatch queues, stock alerts and operational blockers daily.

Key Performance Metrics

- On-time dispatch & order fulfilment TAT
- Physical vs. system stock accuracy
- Inventory cover / zero stockouts on core SKUs
- Applicator utilisation & on-time site starts
- Procurement / landed-cost savings
- Product consumption vs. quoted quantity / wastage variance
- Zero safety incidents
- Timely daily and weekly operational reporting

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, warehouse, supply chain or product/manufacturing-adjacent businesses.
- Strong inventory, dispatch, procurement and vendor-management skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/data and operational numbers.
- Proven ability to manage blue-collar and office/field teams.
- Calm, firm and reliable under operational pressure.
- Strong safety and process orientation with high integrity in handling stock and expenses.
- Can scale operations toward 5x / industrial volumes.
- Ability to build systems and processes that can support significant business/industrial volume growth.

Growth Path: Head of Operations / COO as companys industrial volumes scale. Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
