- Manage daily inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchase, stock movement, and consumption records.
- Monitor opening stock, purchases, consumption, closing stock, and reorder levels.
- Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess stock, expiry, damage, and wastage.
- Coordinate central kitchen production.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
- Reconcile Pocket POS stock with physical inventory.
- Manage inventory and purchase entries using Tally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
