? We’re Hiring | Manager – International MICE Operations

Pinnacle Horizon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive MICE professional to join our MICE Operations team in Delhi NCR.

? Location: Delhi NCR

? Experience: 5–8 years in International MICE / Corporate Travel

? Reporting to: Head – MICE / Director

About the RoleYou will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of international MICE groups, corporate events, incentives and conferences — from enquiry/confirmation through final execution, ensuring seamless operations, client satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute international MICE groups, incentives, conferences and corporate events.
- Manage international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues and overseas suppliers.
- Handle itineraries, costing, quotations, rooming lists, manifests, vouchers and operational documentation.
- Negotiate supplier rates, contracts, inclusions and payment terms.
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, meals, activities, gala dinners and events.
- Oversee airport and on-ground group handling and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide timely updates.
- Monitor budgets, supplier payments, margins and group profitability.




- Lead and supervise the MICE operations team in line with SOPs.
- Conduct post-event reviews and maintain client/supplier feedback.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of international MICE destinations, hotels and DMCs.
- Understanding of visa processes, airline operations, international transfers, group movements and event requirements.
- Proven experience independently handling 50–500+ passenger international groups.
- Robust negotiation, costing, supplier and client management skills.
- Excellent coordination and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office.
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Business Management or a related field.
