Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, project execution, site coordination, manpower, and resources within the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and project execution.
- Review client requirements and prepare execution plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchase, Maintenance, Transport, and Manpower teams.
- Prepare daily work schedules, progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs, and site performance.
- Conduct site visits and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients regarding technical and site-related queries.
- Plan manpower and allocate resources effectively.
- Verify expenses and maintain cost control.




- Conduct regular review meetings with concerned departments.
- Maintain project documentation and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas project/site operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant Operations Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
- Candidates with robust experience in project execution and site operations will be preferred.

Salary Up to ₹1,00,000 per month CTC, based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
