Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 3P delivery adherence: >99.5%
- 3P production plan adherence: >99%
- 3P-related stock-outs: Zero
- Quality/rejection issues: Minimum / within agreed limits
- Material reconciliation: >99.8% accuracy
- Timely closure of vendor complaints
- Reduction in urgent/last-minute production requirements
- Timely updating of SAP and 3P trackers

Required Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, outsourced production, procurement, production planning, or vendor management.
- Experience in FMCG / food manufacturing will be preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple vendors and coordinating production schedules.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is must.
- Must be graduate in Engineering or BBA /B com with computer knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete 3P order cycle—from PO/order communication, RM/PM availability, vendor production follow-up and QA coordination through finished-goods receipt and reconciliation. The person should also be able to provide a clear daily/weekly status of all critical 3P orders and immediately highlight risks affecting production or customer deliveries Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
