About the Role

Manage day-to-day landscaping operations, oversee project execution, lead field teams, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee multiple landscaping projects from planning to completion
- Lead and manage field teams (gardeners, technicians, supervisors)
- Monitor project budgets and control expenses
- Schedule projects and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Act as primary client contact and address concerns
- Manage vendors and suppliers

Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in landscaping/project operations
- Robust team leadership and communication skills
- Project management and budgeting experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting

Preferred
- Landscape design or CAD knowledge
- Experience with project management

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
