About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Integration Consultant to ensure the successful transition of projects into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations through comprehensive operational readiness, governance, and support integration activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in production support environments, operational readiness reviews, support model onboarding, and business continuity planning. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by establishing support frameworks, validating operational processes, and enabling seamless knowledge transfer to support teams.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operational transitions and long-term service stability.

What You'll Do:

- Lead Permit to Operate (PTO) assessments and Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs) to ensure applications and solutions are production-ready.
- Drive Application Management Services (AMS) onboarding and establish effective operational support models.
- Define, author, review, and validate operational runbooks for production support activities.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) runbooks to ensure organizational resilience.
- Establish operational governance processes, escalation frameworks, and support procedures.
- Facilitate operational handovers from project teams to production support teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and ensure operational teams are fully prepared to support new solutions.
- Manage hypercare activities during project-to-operations transitions and stabilization periods.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes across production environments.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to governance standards.




- Enable disconnected-mode operations and establish strategies to maintain service continuity during outages and network disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure operational requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor operational readiness metrics and continuously improve transition and onboarding processes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and communication throughout operational transition initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10 to 16 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to production support and operational governance environments.
- Strong experience leading Permit to Operate (PTO) assessments and Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs).
- Deep understanding of Application Management Services (AMS) onboarding and support operating model implementation.
- Proven experience authoring, reviewing, and validating Operations, Business Continuity (BC), and Disaster Recovery (DR) runbooks.
- Experience managing production support environments, service operations, and operational governance processes.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, and service transition frameworks.
- Hands-on experience establishing escalation management procedures and support governance models.
- Proven ability to lead knowledge transfer activities and hypercare support for large-scale programs.
- Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.




- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, infrastructure, and support organizations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence across complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices and operational frameworks.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
