Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and delivery

- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimization

- Lead manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Plastic Injection Moulding

- Ensure achievement of production and customer delivery targets

- Manage manpower, machines, capacity planning and operational resources

- Drive continuous improvement, Lean, 5S, Kaizen and productivity initiatives

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements

- Develop and lead a high-performing operations team

- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Support recent product development, process improvement and capacity expansion

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations

- Strong hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding

- Experience in the automotive / auto-component industry preferred

- Strong leadership and plant management capabilities

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
