We're looking for Operations Executives!

Responsibilities:

- Creates and drafts direct mail, catalog, telemarketing, brochures, spec sheets, white papers, sales tools, newsletters and/or email marketing projects.
- Identifies strategic new wins across a business, industry, or geography, and provides timely, quality customer references to internal clients.
- Leads update and maintenance of customer reference database with information on referenceable customers.
- Executes communication plans that strategically target global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local audiences.
- Tracks, measures and reports business group or country measurements of success like calls, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.
- Conducts research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
- Tracks budget and expense management, manages project budgets as assigned and manages assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.
- Participates in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication programs.
- Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
- Works independently on moderate scope problems,



applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
