Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our B2B team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with internal teams and B2B clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor day-to-day B2B operational activities and ensure timely execution.

2. Coordinate with B2B clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

3. Handle client/employee queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

4. Maintain and update MIS reports, trackers, databases, and operational records.

5. Coordinate for employee onboarding, membership activation, deactivation, and related requests.

6. Track and follow up on pending operational activities to ensure timely closure.

7. Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure smooth post-sales operations and client servicing.

Identify operational gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

9. Prepare regular reports and provide operational updates to the management.

10. Ensure accuracy and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, B2B Operations, Client Servicing, or a similar role.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Candidates with experience in B2B, SaaS, corporate wellness, or service-based organisations will be preferred.
