We're Hiring: E-commerce & Operations Executive | Jaipur

We're looking for an E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day D2C operations — order fulfilment, dispatch, and customer coordination — for a growing fashion/apparel brand.

What you'll do

Manage Shopify orders end-to-end, from placement to dispatch and delivery

Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch of orders and consignments

Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, and split shipments

Manage COD/prepaid orders and track payment status

Track NDR, RTO, returns, and exchanges

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners

Maintain daily MIS reports and Google Sheets

Track key metrics: orders, fulfilment, dispatch, COD %, RTO %, returns, NDR, and pending orders

Maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with the warehouse team

Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DM, and email

Flag operational issues to management as they arise

Support implementation and management of Shopify/WMS





Manage end-to-end dispatch and coordination with aggregators and retail partners

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in D2C/e-commerce operations

Shopify experience preferred

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Familiarity with courier, OMS, or WMS platforms is a plus

Good English communication and customer-handling skills

Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple tasks at once

Fashion/apparel e-commerce background is a plus

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month, based on experience
