Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will oversee daily operational activities related to tour packages, including coordinating bookings, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of itineraries.

Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, handling escalations, optimizing processes, and maintaining detailed records of operations and client requests.

The Operations





Executive will collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to align operations with client expectations, manage costs, and support the smooth delivery of travel services. The role also involves preparing operational reports, tracking key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across destinations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate tours, manage workflows, and optimize processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
- Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or destination management operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic travel industry systems or CRMs is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
