Role & responsibilities: :

- Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) execution for Swiggy and Zepto.

- Receive, validate and process POs, ensuring accuracy of SKU, quantity, pricing, delivery location and timelines.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Planning, Sales and Logistics teams for stock availability and timely order execution.

- Manage delivery appointments on Swiggy & Zepto portals and proactively resolve slot-related issues.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for picking, packing and on-time dispatch.

- Track POs from order processing to final delivery and GRN closure.

- Take ownership of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and proactively identify potential delays.

- Coordinate with transporters/3PL partners to ensure timely movement and delivery.





- Track deliveries and resolve issues related to shortages, damages, rejections and pending deliveries.

- Follow up for timely GRN creation and closure and resolve GRN discrepancies.

- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

- Maintain PO, Appointment, Dispatch, Delivery, GRN and Issue Trackers.

- Prepare and publish daily/weekly MIS and OTIF reports.

- Highlight ageing POs, pending orders and potential service-level risks to management.

- Drive corrective actions to minimize OTIF failures, delivery delays, reattempts, detention and penalties.
