Orange Events is looking for Operations professionals who are organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering seamless event experiences.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in events and event production, with a strong understanding of planning, coordination and on-ground execution.

What we’re looking for

- Robust understanding of event operations, planning & execution
- Excellent coordination with vendors, production teams, venues, designers and clients
- Proficient in Excel for budgets, BOQs, trackers, timelines and event planning
- Comfortable working with production schedules, layouts, checklists and run-of-show documents
- Good understanding of event aesthetics, fabrication, décor,



production and on-ground execution
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality, timelines & attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to be actively involved during on-ground event execution
