Role Description The Operations Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the smooth daily functioning of Barça Academy India. This position coordinates training schedules, events,



and facility usage, ensuring sessions run on time and resources are available. The role includes handling parent and student inquiries, maintaining records, managing registrations, and supporting fee and documentation processes.
