Role Description The Operation Executive (Virtual) will manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of NeuroNurture Kids’ services and virtual workflows. This full-time remote role involves coordinating appointments, tracking cases, calling leads , and supporting clinical and administrative teams with scheduling, documentatting CRM , and follow-up.

The role includes monitoring operational processes, identifying inefficiencies,



and assisting with implementing improvements in service delivery and communication.

The Operation

Executive will regularly interact with families and internal stakeholders, maintain accurate records, support reporting, and help ensure that families experience timely, organized, and coordinated care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support and streamline daily processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams and engage sensitively with families.
- Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinic administration is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Comfort with digital tools, online scheduling platforms, and basic data entry or reporting software.
- Relevant education in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
