We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head with 4-6 years of experience, to lead and manage overall operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, managing teams, and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational targets.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely execution of operational activities while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.




- Establish and maintain performance standards for teams and individuals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Build a strong performance-driven culture within the operations team.
- Take ownership of operational targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in ride-sharing, or similar industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with KPIs, operational reporting, and process optimization.
