About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, dispatch, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operations and order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Support physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Update and maintain operational records and reports.
- Assist in processing orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other sales channels.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners when required.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.




- Assist in preparing daily/weekly operations reports.
- Support the team in resolving operational issues.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Hindi proficiency is preferred.
