Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day service operations. This role involves planning and scheduling pest control activities, ensuring timely service delivery, and supporting technicians with operational requirements.

The Operation

Executive monitors service quality, maintains accurate records, and helps implement safety and compliance standards in line with company policies.



The role also includes communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in optimizing resource utilization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle planning, coordination, and oversight of daily service activities.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, support field staff, and interact with customers professionally.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in operations, service coordination, or field support, preferably in facility services or related industries.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Chemistry is a must
