Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to support international events, business programmes, client/partner coordination, travel arrangements, documentation, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international conventions, trade expos, B2B forums, recruitment fairs, and education events.
- Manage programme calendars, milestones, follow-ups, and partnership activities.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, embassies, institutions, event organizers, and stakeholders.
- Arrange flights, visas, accommodation, airport transfers, and delegate requirements.
- Prepare invitations, event briefs, schedules, reports, proposals, and related documents.
- Maintain CRM records, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Migration, Study Abroad, Recruitment, and other internal teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the BDM and management.




- Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth execution of assigned programmes and events.
- Support travel expense tracking and reimbursement documentation.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Event Coordination, Business Development Support, Travel Coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Experience with international events, B2B programmes, or partnership coordination is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
