Position Overview

As a Deployment Executive, you will be responsible for managing and supervising technology deployments at active construction sites. You will work closely with our internal teams and client site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinate on-site activities, monitor system performance, and support successful deployments.

What You'll Do

- Supervise and operate deployed systems at active construction sites.
- Coordinate with the client/site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support setup, basic checks, and preparation before each deployment.
- Monitor operations and intervene or operate the system remotely when required.
- Support customer demonstrations, pilots, POCs, and on-site activities.
- Take ownership of the equipment and ensure it is handled and maintained properly.
- Coordinate pre-deployment logistics, site permissions, and readiness checks.
- Track and record daily operational data, including trip time, load, routes, and other deployment metrics.
- Identify and report operational issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Work with software, hardware, sales, and operations teams to improve deployment processes.
- Provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and operational performance.
- Help site workers and labour teams understand the system and ensure they are comfortable using it during day-to-day operations.

Must-Have

- Diploma or engineering degree in any stream — Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnic, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site across India, with occasional international travel.
- Comfortable working in outdoor and construction-site environments.
- Basic familiarity with computers and operating systems such as Windows or Ubuntu.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, site teams, labour, and internal stakeholders.

Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in field operations, site operations, technical support, installation, deployment, or similar roles.
- Exposure to construction sites or project-based field work.
- Experience working with technology-enabled equipment or systems.
- Prior robotics or autonomous systems exposure is a plus, but not required.
- Experience managing travel, logistics, or on-site coordination independently.
- Genuine interest in learning and working with new technologies.

Logistics
- Employment Type: Full time after internship
- Location: Bangalore, India (Base)
- Work Mode: Field-based, on-site at client construction sites
- Initial Site Requirement: During the initial 3–4 weeks of a deployment, you may be required to stay at the construction site to help map the area, understand site operations, support system setup, and train/guide labour teams on how to use the system effectively.
- Travel: Pan-India and occasional international travel (fully reimbursed)
- Reports To: Robotics Head

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
