The role involves coordinating product distribution through online channels, handling customer/order requirements, maintaining distributor relationships, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily online distribution and product-order activities. Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and customers through online platforms. Process and track customer and distributor orders.

Maintain accurate sales, order, and distribution records. Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments. Identify new online distribution opportunities. Support online sales and promotional campaigns.

Communicate product information, offers, and pricing to distributors/customers. Resolve basic customer and distributor queries promptly. Prepare daily/weekly sales and distribution reports.



Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely delivery.

Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.

Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of online platforms and digital tools. MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Sales and customer-handling skills. Good follow-up and coordination ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented and time-management skills.

Qualification Education: 12th pass / Any Degree preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply;

experience in sales, online distribution, e-commerce, or direct selling is an advantage.
