Online Bengali Speaking Teacher & Conversation Mentor | Kids & School Students | Remote / Freelance

CONCEPTORZ is looking for enthusiastic Bengali Teachers, Bengali Language Tutors and Bengali Conversation Mentors who can help school-age students learn to speak Bengali naturally and confidently.

We are especially looking for teachers who can create fun, interactive and engaging Bengali speaking sessions for students who understand little or no Bengali but want to communicate with family, relatives or in everyday situations.

Your Role

- Conduct interactive online Bengali speaking and conversation classes for children and school-age students.
- Help beginners develop confidence in speaking Bengali through regular conversation practice.
- Teach useful everyday Bengali phrases, vocabulary and sentence structures.
- Create engaging activities such as role plays, storytelling, picture-based conversations, games and real-life situations.
- Encourage students to speak Bengali during class rather than relying on English.
- Correct pronunciation, sentence formation and common speaking mistakes in a supportive manner.
- Adapt lessons according to the student's age, confidence, interests and speaking level.
- Help students gradually move from understanding Bengali to actually using it in conversations.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent command of spoken Bengali.
- Transparent and natural Bengali pronunciation.




- Experience teaching children, school students or beginners is preferred.
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English.
- Friendly, patient and energetic teaching style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging online classes using video-conferencing and digital teaching tools.
- A reliable computer, stable internet connection and professional online teaching environment.
- A genuine passion for helping students become confident Bengali speakers.
