Manage end-to-end OMS/WMS operations and support implementation of platforms like Unicommerce and Vinculum to ensure smooth order fulfillment across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end OMS/WMS operations — order processing, allocation, and shipment tracking.
- Support implementation and configuration of OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory sync and resolve stock discrepancies across channels.
- Troubleshoot OMS/WMS issues like order failures and sync errors.
- Generate reports on fulfillment, RTO, NDR, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT/tech teams on upgrades and bug fixes.

Requirements
- 1–3 years managing OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
- Understanding of e-commerce/D2C order fulfillment workflows.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
