O&M; Engineer/Sr.Engineer – Solar

Location: Bihar Project Site

Experience: 3–7 Years in Solar O&M;

Reporting to: O&M; Manager

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operation and maintenance of Solar PV Plant.
- Monitor plant performance, inverter, SCADA and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and testing DC/AC systems, inverters, transformers and other equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor generation, PR, CUF, and plant availability.
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams for maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily Weekly, Monthly O&M; reports, checklists and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, TBT, LOTO, Permit-to-Work (PTW) quality and company procedures.
- Breakdown Response & Emergency Handling





Preferred: Candidates with utility-scale solar plant O&M; experience and willing to work at a Bihar project site.

Salary : Upto 6LPA
