Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure plant security by implementing effective measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and damage.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive loss prevention program to minimize losses due to theft, vandalism, accidents, etc.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report incidents and investigate crimes committed on or near company property.
- Provide training on physical security protocols to employees and contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in army retired or related field (security management).
- Solid understanding of industrial security principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
