Job Summary:

The QC Analyst is responsible for performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and cleaning validation samples using HPLC and other analytical instruments. The role ensures compliance with GMP, GLP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities.

HPLC Analysis:

- Perform analysis using HPLC, UPLC, and other chromatographic techniques.
- Prepare mobile phases, buffers, standards, and sample solutions.
- Execute method validation, verification, and transfer activities.
- Conduct routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Review chromatograms and ensure data integrity.

Laboratory Operations:

- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including:

- HPLC/UPLC
- GC
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

- Dissolution Apparatus

- FTIR
- pH Meter
- Perform calibration and qualification checks as per SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory records and logbooks.
