- B. Com. with an CMA / ICWA / Inter ICWA is highly preferred with 35 years of strong costing background inside a continuous process or batch or any manufacturing setup.
- Robust understanding of process costing, batch costing, and joint/by-product costing mechanics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex numbers to corporate leadership clearly.
- Sharp analytical mindset with high attention to structural data integrity.
