1. Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on professional to support day-to-day accounting, office administration, employee support, and basic HR-related activities
.
The position will primarily focus on accounting support, office administration, and support for expatriate and local employees
, including flight, hotel, vehicle, and transportation arrangements for business trips.
The role will also be responsible for coordinating with external accounting firms, tax/labor consultants, vendors, and management to ensure that various administrative and HR-related activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to individual job performance, we place importance on teamwork and organizational fit, respect for company guidelines and reporting lines, and the ability to understand and responsibly carry out instructions from supervisors and management

2. Key Responsibilities
① Accounting Support
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and supporting documents
- Process invoices, receipts, payment-related documents, and expense records
- Support bank reconciliation and routine banking activities
- Manage employee expense claims and settlements
- Prepare basic accounting reports and related documents as required
- Coordinate with external accounting firms, tax consultants, and auditors
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance matters
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding accounting and payment-related matters
② Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office and facility administration
- Manage office maintenance, cleaning, security, stationery, and office supplies
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts
- Maintain office licenses, agreements, and administrative records
- Coordinate meetings and internal administrative activities
- Provide general administrative support to management and employees
③ Expatriate & Employee Support / Business Travel
- Arrange domestic and international flight tickets for expatriates and employees
- Coordinate hotel reservations, rental cars, vehicles, airport pick-up/drop-off, and transportation
- Support business travel preparations and schedules
- Coordinate with travel agencies and transportation-related vendors
- Provide local administrative support to expatriates and employees on business trips
- Maintain business travel records and related documentation
- Provide general administrative and operational support to expatriate and local employees
④ HR Support
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee information and HR-related documents
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Provide payroll-related information and coordinate with external payroll service providers
- Support employee insurance, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related matters
- Handle general employee inquiries and administrative requests
- Support recruitment and interview scheduling when required
⑤ Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, tax/labor consultants, banks, vendors, and government authorities as required
- Follow up to ensure accounting, HR, and administrative activities are completed in a timely manner
- Prepare basic reports and status updates for management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company, financial, and employee information
- Identify administrative and operational issues and follow up until they are resolved
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting, Finance, HR,
Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in accounting support, administration, HR, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC is preferred
- Experience in business travel arrangements and office administration is preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to work well with team members and fit into the organization
- Respect for company guidelines and reporting lines
- Ability to clearly understand and responsibly carry out instructions from supervisors and management

5. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a practical, reliable, and responsible professional who can independently handle day-to-day accounting support, office administration, expatriate and employee support, business travel arrangements, and basic HR activities , while serving as a key coordination point between employees, management, vendors, accounting personnel, and external consultants.

Salary Range:
INR 40,000–50,000 per month
