We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong expertise in CRM development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo applications, with a primary focus on CRM, Sales, Customer Service, and business process automation. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules, particularly the CRM module.

- Design and implement new CRM features and workflows based on business requirements.

- Customize sales pipelines, lead management, customer lifecycle, quotations, and follow-up automation.

- Develop custom modules using Python and the Odoo framework.

- Customize forms, reports, dashboards, menus, and user interfaces.

- Integrate Odoo CRM with third-party applications such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and REST APIs.

- Configure automated actions, server actions, scheduled jobs, and email templates.

- Optimize CRM performance and improve system efficiency.

- Develop and maintain SQL queries, PostgreSQL databases, and data migration scripts.

- Troubleshoot application issues, debug code, and provide technical support.

- Ensure proper security, user roles, and access rights within Odoo.

- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, management, and end users to deliver business solutions.

- Perform testing, deployment, version upgrades,



and ongoing maintenance.

- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Odoo development.

- Proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with PostgreSQL.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and QWeb reports.

- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and OWL framework.

- Experience developing custom Odoo modules.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Understanding of CRM processes and sales automation.

- Experience with Git version control.

- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in Odoo development.

- Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.

- Experience with Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, and Helpdesk modules.

- Knowledge of Docker, Linux server administration, and deployment.

- Experience with cloud hosting and CI/CD is an advantage.
